Changing firefox download directory temp files

The current location of Temporary Internet Folder is: Note: I can see all the downloaded files with format .doc, .pdf, ;jpeg there, but strangely, Web browsers (Including Firefox) and finds all video files that are currently stored in it. how can i change the directory where firefox keep the temp files/cache?
